KUNG FU
Our system is called Kwung So Dow (Empty Hands Method) which originates from Shaolin being “Chaun Fa” (Way of the Fist).

WEAPONRY
Weaponry classes include bo, Tai chi sword, broad sword, sai and many more wooden and metal weapons.
In martial arts weapons are simply treated as an extension of the body. As such many different exercises can be practised with weaponry including Kung Fu, Tai Chi, animal systems, forms and self-defence.
Students also learn how to defend against weapons and multiple opponents, including techniques for confined spaces.

SPARRING
Our sparring classes allow students to explore and practice what has been taught to them in a controlled, safe and relaxed environment.

Note: Students must wear protective gear including a properly fitted sports mouth guard and suitable foot/shin, elbow and hand guards (we sell sparring gear sets).
PARKOUR
Our parkour classes teach students how to move quickly and efficiently across and through urban landscapes and indoor obstacles by choosing the best physical approach including climbing, jumping, rolling, vaulting, swinging and crawling.
Originally developed from military obstacle course training, parkour is now a popular discipline among martial artists and urban adventurers.
